Collaborate, create and oversee cross-functional teams to overcome complicated business challenges

Focus on manufacturing excellence and a relentless pursuit of reduction and elimination of waste
Assist and/or manage major capital improvements, including design or re-design, installation, and assist with commissioning and start-up
Aid organizations in maintaining a constant focus on Lean Manufacturing processes and practices
Assist with M & A and Due Diligence Process, evaluation of processing equipment, performance shortfalls, obsolescence, and potential improvements and critical equipment valuation
Ability to provide new equipment design or re-design with supporting CAD drawings and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
Help in the creation and implementation of Computer Maintenance (CMMS), PM and PdM programs, as well as the establishment of inspection and work lists
Aid in the evaluation of Risk Management and the evaluation of Critical Spares
As owner and founder, I am a 45+ year veteran of the flat-rolled manufacturing and processing industry, with a multi-discipline level of experience. Our staff has a total of 100+ years of Mechanical and Electrical experience in manufacturing operations. We’ve attained the vision and ability to “see the big picture.” ICS’ vast experience gives your company the privilege of understanding how decisions impact every aspect of the business, and how effective collaboration will establish employee buy-in and provide effective problem solving.
